A virtual office in the Netherlands can support a professional Dutch business presence and mail route. The address is one part of a wider structure; it does not by itself create tax residency, banking access or company registration.
A Dutch business address
The service provides agreed use of a business address in Andelst or Tilburg and weekly scanning of ordinary business mail. Entrepreneurs do not need to live in either city.
Use the location accurately in contracts and online communication. It is not a staffed public office or warehouse unless additional arrangements explicitly say so.
Company registration remains a separate process
The Chamber of Commerce reviews each registration independently and may request information about directors, activities and the relationship with the Netherlands.
The rental agreement can evidence address use, but it is not a registration guarantee. International documents may require translation or additional verification.
Identity and corporate structure
Be ready to explain the legal entity, directors, beneficial owners and actual Dutch activities. Names and authority documents must be consistent across countries.

Nominate a person who reads Dutch correspondence and tracks deadlines. A weekly scan is useful only when incoming documents are actually reviewed and acted upon.
